FAQs

Q: Can I change my cup design after I place my order?
A: All design details are confirmed upon payment. This includes cup size, design and any customization aspects of your cup. Due to the nature of the process, changes to your cup design cannot be made. There are very few exceptions to this that are based on my discretion. (Ex. I am unable to obtain supplies to complete the design, I am unable to create the design desired and offer other options, etc.)

Q: Will I be updated on the progress of my purchase?
A: Due to the extensive amount of work that goes into each product, I will do my best to update any progress on your order. Semi-customizable items will typically not receive an update as it is a standard design with customization already chosen by you. For completely custom items, I will send progress as I can. If at any time you have a question about your order, please feel free to reach out.

Q: Can I provide my own cups for a discounted rate?
A: No. I can account for the cups I provide but cannot account for the cups you provide. Plus, the amount that would be taken off of the price if I did allow this would cost you more in the long run. I get my blank tumblers at a discounted rate in bulk allowing me to keep my prices low.

Q: Can I have a Yeti cup customized?
A: At this time, this option is not available.

Q: Why does it take so long after my tumbler is completed for it to be shipped?
A: After the final coat of epoxy is applied, it takes at least 72 hours to fully cure before it can be shipped.

Q: Do you have a list of available glitter?
A: Yes and no. I have over 300 glitter options and I am always ordering or receiving new glitter. While it is hard to showcase all of the options, if you are looking for something very specific we can discuss your options, otherwise I will do my best to select a glitter that will work best for your items.

Q: Are tumblers dishwasher safe?
A: No. All tumblers must be hand washed.  They should also not be left to soak.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts on tumblers?
A: No. Each tumbler is handcrafted and made to order. Because of the nature of these tumblers and because they are not made by a machine, if ordered in bulk, it does not save time, it still takes the same amount of time to make each tumbler. At times, sales or deals can be made but that is at the discretion of the seller.

Q: Will the glitter come off my tumbler?
A: No. All tumblers are sealed with epoxy to provide a glass like finish.

Q: My tumbler arrived damaged, what do I do?
A: First things first, take pictures of the damaged area and the box it came in showing where the damage is. Once you have pictures, send an email to m4tumblersandmore@hotmail.com with the pictures and your order number. Pictures of the items and all of the original packing material are very critical in order to file a claim with USPS. M4 Tumblers and More will start the claim with USPS. If your claim is approved we will begin on a replacement tumbler. You will be responsible for sending the original tumbler back to us to receive a new replacement cup. If you refuse to send the original, damaged cup back to us, you will not receive a replacement tumbler. You must write return to sender on the damaged tumbler box with all contents that came in the box and send it back before we move forward with sending a replacement cup.

Q: I did not follow the tumbler care instructions and now my tumbler is damaged, what happens now?
A: Every tumbler should be treated with care but if by chance it does become damaged, the customer is responsible for their tumbler once it has been delivered. M4 Tumblers and More is not responsible for any damage that is done once your package has been shipped AND received. Once you damage your tumbler, you will need to purchase a new one. We do not strip or fix damaged tumblers.

Q: My cup magically cracked, I did not drop it or put it in the dishwasher, can I get a new one?
A: 
No. Cups do not magically crack. You can send me pictures of the damage, and tell me you did not drop it, but I can tell what type of damage has been done and how it was done. It is best to be up front and honest with me if something happened to your cup that was not my fault.

Q: Your items are so expensive, it is just a cup/keychain/badge reel/etc.  Why does it cost so much? (yes, an actual question/comment I have received and feel I need to address)
A: All items are handmade, one of a kind, made to order, and/or custom works of functional art. I appreciate your feedback about my prices but I base my prices off of materials, experience, and working time put into making each and every piece.

Q: Why is your turn-around-time (TAT) so long?
A: 
My turnaround time is based around the average time it takes to complete a tumbler. To include prepping, designing, completing, cleaning, and packaging. Due to the influx of orders, I work on multiple orders at a time, and do my best to deliver your product under or at TAT. If there is a chance that your order will not be shipped within TAT, you will be notified. TAT does NOT include shipping times.

Q: When can I place orders for Christmas?
A: 
Christmas orders are cut off on November 1. This date may vary due to the influx of orders. Due to the shipping delays around the holidays, I prefer to ship my tumblers by December 1 in order for you to receive your product in time for the holiday. You can place orders for Christmas at any time after orders open back up after the holiday rush, which is typically after January 1 of the new year.

Q: Can you tell me the status of my order after it has been shipped?
A: 
I can only tell you what your tracking number shows. Once your package is received by USPS, it is in their hands and I no longer have responsibility of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped which you can check with the shipping carrier, and see any shipping updates. Otherwise, I don't have any more access or knowledge of your order than you.

Q: How do I care for my products?
A:
For Tumblers: Gentle hand wash only. No scrubbing or abrasive materials. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Do not soak. Handle with care. Do not leave in a hot car.
For resin art/key chains: Wipe with a non abrasive cloth.
